As part of our service commitment to you, we offer free upgrades of our Klein PC program for the Klein K-Series Colorimeters and our VPG series video pattern generators.

If you are unfamiliar with the process of downloading files, it's a good idea to write down the destination directory of where you're downloading the file to as well as the file names. If you do not already have an unzip utility installed, you can download one here.

PC PROGRAM UPGRADES
Software upgrades are provided for those who would like to upgrade their current version of the Klein program or would like to install the program on additional machines. This software is provided at no charge for those who have purchased a Klein Colorimeter or one of our Video Pattern Generators.

his Klein PC program for the VPG Series Video Pattern Generator combines all the capabilities of the previous pc programs. This is the standard program shipped with most units:

  • Preloaded Timing Database and Editor
  • User Definable Pattern Editor

 

VPG FIRMWARE UPGRADES

Firmware upgrades are provided for those who would like to upgrade their Klein Video Pattern Generators themselves. We provide these upgrades at no charge. Occasionally there are older versions that are incompatible or unable to be upgraded. Should this occur, let us know and we'll provide assistance gladly. Newer firmware versions contain all the previous version's features.
